HSE and SeoulTech: Cooperation Agreement
At the end of February 2013, a delegation from the Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech) visited the HSE. As a result of negotiations, an agreement was finalized on student exchange between the two universities. The framework cooperation agreement between the HSE and SeoulTech was signed in April 2012.
French at the Institut de Touraine

For more than two years HSE students and staff members have been visiting Tours to take various language courses. In an interview with the HSE News Service, Britta Vincent, the institute’s director for international relations, talks about studying French in the heart of the famous Loire Valley.
Russia Holland Inter-University Partnership
On the 15th-16th November on the eve of the “Crossroads” Russia- Holland year, HSE held a conference for the directors of leading universities in Holland and Russia. “The Russia-Holland inter-university partnership: new academic and scientific priorities.”
Russian and Dutch Universities: Meeting at the HSE

Cooperation with the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences
On March 13th, as part of the visit of a delegation from the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (France) (Ecole des autes études en sciences sociales, EHESS) to the HSE, a cooperation agreement was signed between the two universities.
