Leonard, Leading Research Fellow at the HSE Institute of Regional Studies and Urban Planning and Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Public Administration, Department for Spatial Development and Regional Studies has been at the HSE since 2011. From Post-Doc to Tenure-Track: First-Hand Experience

Its launch marked a significant milestone in the university’s development, as the lab gathered internationally recognized scholars and representatives of the Russian Academy of Science.
