Undergraduate Entrance Exams Offered in English for the First Time
This year, for the first time, international students applying to undergraduate programmes at HSE can take their entrance exams in English. These exams are necessary for admissions to the university’s two English-taught Bachelor’s programmes in Economics and in International Relations. Both programmes are run jointly with the University of London, a long-standing partner of HSE.
IQ.hse.ru to Communicate HSE’s Research Capabilities

International Laboratory for Experimental Urban Design has recently opened at the Vysokovsky Graduate School of Urbanism. HSE Expanding International Cooperation in the Humanities
In 2016, the Higher School of Economics will be the first Russian university to become an associate member of a large project being carried out by the Freie Universität Berlin’s Dahlem Humanities Center. The project, entitled the Thematic Network Principles of Cultural Dynamics, aims to strengthen international cooperation in humanities research. New International Labs at HSE St. Petersburg to Study Economy of Health and Game Theory
On June 26, the HSE Academic Council approved the opening of two new international laboratories. Specifically, the St. Petersburg School of Economics and Management will gain a laboratory for the study of healthcare economics, management, and policy, as well as a laboratory for game theory and decision-making. The labs' academic supervisors will be renowned international scholars.
